This is a review of a court of appeals decision which reversed a judgment of the circuit court for Washington county, JAMES B. SCHWALBACH, circuit Judge, filed on October 30, 1986, which judgment affirmed the order of the Labor and Industry Review Commission (hereinafter commission). The commission determined that the plaintiff, West Bend Company (hereinafter West Bend) had failed to rehire Shari D. Muckerheide (hereinafter Muckerheide) in violation of its obligation to do so under the provisions of sec. 102.35(3), Stats., and awarded wages lost during the period of refusal to rehire.
